Size Exchange

You can change the same product to a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you. We do a size exchange only on non-customized/unaltered products. If you receive an item that does not fit you well, you can request a size exchange within 48 hours of the delivery time. This will cost you a nominal shipping charge of Rs199.

 

Note on Second Exchange: if you wish to change the same product for the second time, we charge you Rs249 for the second exchange. Our goal is to make the size exchange process as convenient as possible while ensuring a fair and sustainable approach.

 

Order Cancellation:

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately within this time frame. Once 24 hours have passed, we will be unable to process any cancellations.

 

Return Policy: Store Credit for Returns

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return an item, you can initiate a return request within 3 days of the item being delivered. Upon a successful return, the value of the returned item will be issued as a store credit after deducting a ₹199 logistics charge. This store credit can be used to purchase any item available in our store.

The store credit is valid for six months from the date of issuance. Any unused credit will automatically expire after this period. Please note that store credit can only be redeemed for future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the total purchase amount exceeds the available store credit, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

Store credit is non-transferable and linked to the account or customer who initiated the return. The ₹199 deduction covers processing and return shipping expenses.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds if you refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery. If you refuse the delivery, the payment will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. We do not have a “Money Refund” policy, but we intend to broaden our capabilities soon.

 

Damaged or Defective Products: We still provide a free product exchange if you receive a damaged or defective item. In such case, please report the same to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery and make sure an unpacking video is recorded for the same.
