Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. After dispatch, Standard Delivery takes 3–6 working days, while Express Shipment (available for selected products) arrives within 1–3 working days. Both options will be visible at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1,000 across India! For orders below ₹1,000, a nominal delivery fee of ₹100 applies.
We've got you covered! You can request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery for a nominal shipping fee of ₹149. If you need to exchange the same item a second time, the charge is ₹249. Simply raise a request on our Exchange Portal, and we’ll handle the doorstep pickup. The entire process typically takes 10–12 working days.
While we do not offer cash refunds, you can return your item within 3 days of delivery for store credit. A logistics charge of ₹199 will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be added to your Rooshy Store Wallet for any future purchase. Please note that innerwear, swimwear, and fur jackets are strictly ineligible for return or exchange.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible. If you cancel within the window, the full amount will be credited to your Store Wallet (please note: we do not offer cash refunds).
